LTX23 is an AI video website focused on LTX 2.3-related workflows, including prompt-based generation, file-based workflows, credits, subscriptions, examples, and related support features. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• keeping account information accurate;
• protecting your login credentials;
• activities that occur under your account.

We may suspend or restrict accounts used for abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, payment risk, or attempts to disrupt the service.

AI-generated outputs can vary. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, unique, non-infringing, or fit for a specific purpose.

6. Billing, Credits, and Subscriptions

• Paid features may be offered through subscriptions or one-time credit purchases.
• Payments are processed through Stripe or other supported providers.
• Credits may be required for generation or related actions.
• Subscription cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically refund the current billing period.
• Unless otherwise stated in the product interface, credits are non-transferable, non-cash, and subject to expiration or usage rules shown at purchase or issuance.

7. Availability and Changes

We may change, pause, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact output quality, or that any workflow will remain unchanged.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LTX23 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, digital purchases, subscriptions, and credits are not refundable except for limited technical exceptions described there.
