By accessing or using LTX23, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or any paid features.

2. Service Scope

LTX23 is an AI video website focused on LTX 2.3-related workflows, including prompt-based generation, file-based workflows, credits, subscriptions, examples, and related support features. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• keeping account information accurate;
• protecting your login credentials;
• activities that occur under your account.

We may suspend or restrict accounts used for abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, payment risk, or attempts to disrupt the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

• upload or generate illegal, infringing, abusive, or harmful content;
• violate the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, copyright, or trademark rights;
• upload or generate adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content, including AI-generated adult content;
• sexualize minors or create, request, or distribute any content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse;
• create non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, impersonations, or misleading depictions of real people;
• use another person's likeness, a celebrity, brand, trademark, copyrighted work, or private information without the rights and consent required by law;
• promote unlawful violence, hate, harassment, exploitation, or other harmful activity;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, attack, or interfere with the service;
• bypass usage limits, payment controls, or account restrictions.

5. User Content and Outputs

You retain rights in content you upload, subject to any rights held by third parties in that content. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload or use the materials you submit.

We may process, transmit, store, and display your prompts, files, and outputs as needed to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files solely because you use the service.

Subject to applicable law and any third-party rights in your inputs or outputs, you may use generated outputs in commercial projects, including client work, marketing, and monetized content. You remain solely responsible for reviewing whether a specific output is suitable for publication, licensing, advertising, or any other commercial use case.

AI-generated outputs can vary. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, unique, non-infringing, or fit for a specific purpose.

LTX23 is an independent site built around LTX 2.3-related workflows. It is not the official website of, affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by Lightricks, LTX, or any related model owner or rights holder. Third-party names, model names, trademarks, and brands belong to their respective owners.

6. Billing, Credits, and Subscriptions

• Paid features may be offered through subscriptions or one-time credit purchases.
• Payments are processed through Stripe or other supported providers.
• Credits may be required for generation or related actions.
• Subscription credits are valid for 30 days from issuance unless the product interface states a different subscription rule. One-time purchased credit packs do not expire unless explicitly stated at checkout.
• Subscription cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically refund the current billing period.
• All credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used for AI processing and related features on LTX23.

7. Availability and Changes

We may change, pause, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact output quality, or that any workflow will remain unchanged.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LTX23 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, digital purchases, subscriptions, and credits are not refundable except for limited technical exceptions described there.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
