Refund Policy

The basic refund rules for subscriptions, credits, billing errors, and technical exceptions on LTX23.

1. General Rule

LTX23 sells digital services, subscriptions, and credits. As a general rule, purchases are final and non-refundable once access, credits, or service capacity has been provided.

2. What Is Usually Not Refundable

The following are generally not refundable:

  • one-time credit purchases;
  • active or partially used subscription periods;
  • unused or expired credits;
  • dissatisfaction with prompts, style, artistic quality, or generated outputs.

AI output quality depends on prompts, inputs, and workflow choices, so dislike of a result is not, by itself, a refund basis.

3. Limited Exceptions

We may review refund requests in limited technical situations, including:

  • duplicate billing or duplicate charges;
  • incorrect credit deductions caused by a system error;
  • a major service outage that made paid features unavailable for a meaningful period.

We may offer a refund, account credit, or another reasonable remedy depending on the case.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing only. It does not automatically refund the current billing cycle.

  1. your account email;
  2. your order number or billing reference;
  3. a short explanation of the issue.

6. Review Process

We review requests case by case. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
